Development of a non-face-to-face integrated art therapy program to improve self-concept of adolescent

Abstract
This study is to develop a non-face-to-face integrated art therapy program to improve the self-concept of adolescent. First, a preliminary program was developed based on previous self-concept research material. Next, the execution result of preliminary program was added with theoretical supplement to develop main program. The subjects of the preliminary program were 4 male, middle school 3rd grade students. Each session lasting 50 minutes, 8 sessions of non-face-to-face art therapy program were conducted. Comparison of pre- and post- results of Piers-Harris Self-Concept Scale test, interview results of each session, and theoretical supplement were used to complete 10 sessions in final. The possibility and extensibility of online integrated art therapy regarding improvement of self-concept of adolescent was explored.
